Nathan R. Bouknight is the Managing Director of EBSCO Capital. His responsibilities include investment opportunity sourcing and leading transaction execution teams for EBSCO Capital and EBSCO Industries. In addition to Nathan’s day to day activities of identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, negotiating and structuring transactions, and conducting and managing due diligence efforts, Nathan works closely with portfolio company management teams on strategy and execution regarding add-on acquisitions. Prior to joining EBSCO Capital, Nathan was an investment banker at Harris Williams & Co., a leading middle market investment banking firm, where he assisted clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate finance engagements. Nathan also draws on his strong engineering and technical background he developed as an engineer and project manager with Black & Veatch Corporation while working in the power plant construction industry. Nathan’s educational background includes a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a M.B.A. degree at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Nathan enjoys golf, fishing, and tinkering with all things mechanical.
