Bio

Blake Davidson is a Director with EBSCO Capital. His responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting the transaction process. Prior to joining EBSCO Capital, Blake was a member of the Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions team at Regions Financial Corporation, one of the nation’s largest full-service banks, where he assisted in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, negotiating and structuring transactions, and conducting and managing due diligence efforts. Blake also draws on the strong accounting background he developed in the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and as an Audit Committee Member of a privately held company with over $2.5B in annual revenue. Blake’s educational background includes a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy from the Brock School of Business at Samford University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is also certified in Lean Six Sigma practices. In the community, he serves on the board of Urban Avenues, a Birmingham non-profit dedicated to flourishing the city and its people through sustainable economic endeavors. Blake, his wife (Devon) and their three kids reside in Homewood, AL where they enjoy youth sports, reading and good food with friends.
