Andrew joined Eastbridge in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. Prior to Eastbridge, Andrew was General Counsel of Macklowe Properties, overseeing all legal work and advising the senior executives on a wide variety of transactional matters. Previously, he served as General Counsel at Rockrose Development, a New York-based real estate company that owns, develops and manages a multi-billion dollar portfolio of assets in New York and Washington DC. In that capacity, Mr. Fishkoff oversaw all of the company’s legal work and advised the principals on strategic planning for acquisitions, joint ventures, tax matters and organizational growth. He started his career in the real estate department of Latham & Watkins. Andrew holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in political science from Brown University.
