Jim is a Managing Director of Eagle Private Capital. From 2003 until 2018, Jim was a Senior Vice President and Director at Enterprise Bank & Trust where he managed the Enterprise Value Lending (leveraged finance) team. Jim co-launched this team in 2004 to provide senior debt in support of merger, acquisition, and recapitalization activity. At the time of Jim's departure, this lending unit had grown to over 100 portfolio companies equating to senior loan commitments in excess of $600 million and outstandings in excess of $400 million. Prior to 2003, Jim was part of U.S. Bank’s Leverage Finance team. Jim is a native of St. Louis and holds an undergraduate business degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
