Manuela (“Mani”) Yosha is a Managing Director of Neuberger Berman and a member of the Dyal Business Services Platform. Mani has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry eight of which have been dedicated to talent management. She is responsible for providing Dyal’s Strategic Partners with advice and assistance on talent management across three primary disciplines: investing, client development and operations. She also provides services related to employee relations and retention, including performance assessment best practices, situation management and compensation benchmarking. Prior to joining Dyal, Mani was a Vice President and US Head of Talent Management at Citi’s Prime Finance Business Advisory Group. Mani graduated with honors from Wagner College, earning a BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting.
