Brendan Kelly is a Senior Vice President of Neuberger Berman and a member of the Dyal Business Services Platform. He has 9 years of experience in the alternative asset management and financial services industry. He is primarily responsible for providing advice and assistance on M&A, corporate development and co-investment opportunities to Dyal’s strategic partner managers. Prior to joining Dyal, Brendan was a Partner at White Oak Equity Partners where he led the firm’s deal origination and execution activities. Prior to joining White Oak, Brendan advised on mergers and acquisitions at Berkshire Global Advisors where he was a Vice President and Equity Partner. Before Berkshire Global, he was a member of the New Investments Team at Affiliated Managers Group (AMG). Prior to that, Brendan was an Analyst at Berkshire Global. Brendan holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with honors as a Palmer Scholar.
