Allison Kaden is a Senior Vice President of Neuberger Berman and a member of the Dyal Business Services Platform. She has 11 years of operational and compliance experience within the alternative investments industry. Allison is primarily responsible for providing operational and infrastructure best practice consulting and thought leadership to Dyal’s Strategic Partners. Prior to joining Dyal, Allison was a Vice President in the Alternative Investments and Manager Selection team at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she was a senior member of the Operational Due Diligence team. In this role, Allison was responsible for evaluating the operational infrastructure and regulatory compliance programs of private equity and hedge funds on the platform. Prior to this, Allison was part of Goldman Sachs Compliance, providing compliance advisory services to internal portfolio management teams. Allison graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.
