Agatha Rudz is a Vice President of Neuberger Berman and a member of the Dyal Business Services Platform. She is part of the talent management team assisting Dyal’s Strategic Partners with their human capital initiatives. Prior to joining Dyal, Agatha was a Senior Recruiter within Neuberger Berman’s Human Capital Management division. Prior to that, Agatha was a Managing Consultant in the Legal Recruitment Practice at Michael Page International and worked in recruiting at Goldman Sachs. Agatha received her JD from Pace University School of Law and holds a BA in Politics from New York University.
