Bio

Lance has over 30 years of experience in acquisitions, financings and operations, with both private and public companies. Prior to DW Healthcare Partners, Lance was a Senior Vice President and CFO of HTD Corporation, a specialty medical products distributor. He was also CFO and Director of TransAmerican Waste Industries and the CFO of Republic Waste Industries. He began his career as a CPA with Andersen LLP. Lance was raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, and spent a significant portion of his career in Houston and Atlanta. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Utah.
