Bio

Aly joined DW Healthcare Partners in April of 2014 and brings over 15 years of merger and acquisition experience. Previously at Clairvest Group (Private Equity), he supported activities in domain research, new investment origination, structuring and execution. He has served on 5 boards. Before joining Clairvest, Aly worked as a consultant for Mercer Management Consulting and as an investment banker at BMO Nesbitt. Aly was raised in Toronto, Ontario. He earned his Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
