Abdulrahman Al-Shangiti is the Head of the Shared Services Function at Dussur. He brings over twelve years of experience in talent acquisition, culture transformation, strategy, and human capital operations management to the organization. Abdulrahman began with Dussur as Vice President of Human Capital, leading and managing manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, talent development, career development, succession planning, total rewards framework, and employee relations. Lately, in addition to his scope, he was assigned to lead Business Services and IT departments as part of the Shared Services. Prior to his role in Dussur, Abdulrahman served as Staffing Manager at Sadara Chemical Company from 2014 till 2017. His responsibilities included managing talent acquisition specialists, supervising recruitment operations, developing talent acquisition policy and procedures, and implementing an ERP system for recruitment. Abdulrahman was also Section Head of Contracted Manpower at Maaden Aluminium Company from 2011 to 2013, where he was in charge of talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and mass recruitment campaigns. Before Maaden, Abdulrahman worked as a Recruitment and Training Specialist at Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) and handled recruitment and training activities. Abdulrahman holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Faisal University. He is also a graduate of the Essential Leadership Program from London Business School.
