Mr. White founded Dunes Point Capital in 2013, and has 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with the last 16 years exclusively dedicated to private investing. He has originated or overseen the investment of over $4.0 billion in private investments. Prior to founding Dunes Point Capital, Mr. White was a Senior Managing Director of GSO Capital Partners (“GSO”) and Blackstone, where he served as Head of GSO Private Equity Investing, Co‐Head of Mezzanine Investing, and Co-Portfolio Manager for GSO’s Capital Opportunities Fund I. Prior to GSO/Blackstone, Mr. White worked as a Managing Director in the Private Equity Group of Audax Group and as a Principal in DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. He also served as an Associate Counsel in the Office of the Independent Counsel in the United States Department of Justice and worked as an associate for the law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell. Mr. White received a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law (Stone Scholar and Thomas E. Dewey Prize Winner), an M. Phil. from Cambridge University, and a B.A. from Brown University (Magna Cum Laude). Mr. White has served on over 20 corporate and charitable boards.
