Bringing over 12 years of experience, John manages day-to-day investment activities at Dundon Capital Partners. Formerly Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance at Santander Consumer USA, John was responsible for all corporate strategy, asset management and capital markets activities of the company. John additionally serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Employer Direct Healthcare LLC, where he leads all operational activities and is responsible for the company’s growth initiatives. Prior to his role at Santander Consumer USA, John was Vice President at J.P. Morgan Securities LLC in the Investment Banking Division. John earned his Bachelors in Political Science from Colgate University.
