Bio

Mike is responsible for the investment activities of DCM, including sourcing, evaluating and executing private equity and real estate investments. Prior to joining DCM, Mike was a Senior Associate at Altus Capital Partners, a middle market-focused private equity firm that invests in the North American manufacturing sector. He was responsible for executing leveraged buyout transactions and implementing portfolio company strategic initiatives. Mike began his career in the investment banking group at BB&T Capital Markets, executing merger and acquisition transactions and public equity offerings across industrial, logistics and transportation, healthcare, and financial institution sectors. Mike received a BSBA in Corporate Finance and International Business from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
