Jason is responsible for leading investment activities including sourcing, executing and managing private investments. He previously served as Senior Director of Business Development of The Duchossois Group and was responsible for acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Duchossois, Jason served as a Vice President at Merit Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm. Previously, he was an Associate at Pfingsten Partners, an operationally focused private equity firm. He began his career in investment banking at William Blair & Company in Chicago and London. Jason has worked extensively with management teams and is a Board of Director or Observer of portfolio companies, including Energy Distribution Partners and Riverside Rail. He also serves on the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago Foundation Board of Directors. Jason received a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
