Bio

After graduating with a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Surrey, James began his career specialising in composite materials for a privately owned engineering firm in Cambridgeshire before moving on to Rolls Royce plc in Derby, focussing on project management within the instrumentation department. Leaving Rolls Royce James went on to run the operational side of Ducalian. Having migrated the operational systems to a 'Cloud' based approach in 2009, James is currently responsible for the integration of third party applications into the Ducalian main frame as well as providing recommendations to the Board for key areas of systems and controls including finance and compliance. James is a Director of Ducalian and his role includes acting as the financial controller and project monitor for all of the firm’s investments.
