Matt Broullire joined Dubin Clark in 2016. Matt focuses on business development, deal execution, and portfolio company monitoring and support. Matt currently serves on the board of directors of EMPI. Prior to Dubin Clark, Matt worked at KPMG, where he was a senior associate in the firm’s audit practice. While at KPMG, Matt led audit teams while providing attest services for a mix of public and privately held institutions. He was also the Chairman of the Jacksonville Senior Council, a national instructor, and regional leader of the firm’s IDEA data and analytics initiative. Matt is an MBA candidate at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, received a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Georgia, and is a CPA. Outside of the office, Matt enjoys traveling, college football, and reading.
