Bio

Waldemar is a Partner at DTCP Infra. He has more than 13 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Waldemar is a member of the Investment Committee of DTCP Infra and serves on the board of Cellnex Netherlands, Keepler Data Tech and maincubes. Previously, he had board positions at Cellnex Switzerland and Cellwize. Waldemar has been a Deal Team member for the investments in Open Dutch Fiber, Community Fibre, Fiber Experts and Cloudreach. He joined DTCP in July 2016 after having gained industry experience in the Investment Banking teams of Lazard and Nomura over a course of five years. He executed M&A and capital markets transactions across various industries and advised both corporate and financial sponsors. Waldemar holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD. He received a Bachelor of Science from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.
