Irit is Partner at DTCP Growth and responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and making investment recommendations in Israel and Europe. Irit led DTCP’s investments in Hunters.AI, Axonius, Guardicore (acquired by Akamai),and Epsagon (acquired by Cisco). Previously, Irit was a Senior Associate at Vintage Investment Partners, a global venture platform invested in the world's leading venture funds and startups, driving digital innovation across industries. Irit gained Investment Banking experience from HSBC and JP Morgan. Irit holds a bachelor’s degree Magna Cum Laude in business administration from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York. During her studies in New York, Irit worked at Prudence Holdings, a private equity family office based in New York and Tel Aviv.
