Mr. Camson brings nearly three decades of investment experience, with a particular expertise in short-term special situation investment opportunities and bankruptcies. Prior to joining Drum Capital, Mr. Camson was a senior member of Bennett Management Corp., President of Newstart Factors, Inc. as well as the founder and President of Trade-Debt.net, Inc. In these roles Mr. Camson was responsible for evaluating, analyzing and investing in receivables and trade claims of companies in or near default. He has negotiated numerous plans of reorganization with a variety of debtors and has purchased tens of thousands of claims that have been transferred in every bankruptcy court in the United States. Mr. Camson received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta. He is a voting member of Drum Capital’s Investment Committee.
