Mark joined Downing in December 2021 to focus on deal execution, as well as the ongoing management of the property development loan portfolio. He has over 15 years’ experience in the sector across both investment and development transactions and has held positions at Shawbrook Bank, RateSetter, Bank of Ireland and NatWest.
