Will joined Dorilton Capital in 2019 as Group Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Dorilton, Will spent eight years as Chief Financial Officer and a founding team member of Gamblit Gaming, a first-of-its-kind real money gaming company backed by Bain Capital. Previously, Will worked nearly a decade as an operations professional at American Capital, a $20 billion private equity firm and global asset manager. During this time he was the financial operations team lead for 19 portfolio companies, serving as Chief Financial Officer for five and Controller for four. Additionally, Will held corporate development and finance positions for private equity-backed telecommunications startups and began his career as an auditor at EY. Will has an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BBA in accounting from the University of Wisconsin. He lives in New York City.
