Mr. Schumacher joined Dominus Capital in 2008 and currently serves as an Operating Partner. He is currently involved in all stages of the firm’s investment cycle from origination to value creation. Prior to joining Dominus, Mr. Schumacher was the CEO and President of Heartland Automotive Services, Inc., the largest Jiffy Lube franchisee in North America. For approximately twelve years, Mr. Schumacher served in the roles of CEO, CFO, and COO for Heartland. Previously, for more than fifteen years, Mr. Schumacher served as the CFO for two companies in the recreation/entertainment industry and the restaurant industry. Mr. Schumacher started his career as a Treasury Agent for the U.S. Treasury Department. Mr. Schumacher received a B.A. degree from the University of Nebraska and is a Certified Public Accountant.
