Mr. Stemper joined Dominus Capital in 2023 and currently serves as an Operating Partner. He is currently involved in all stages of the firm’s investment cycle from origination to value creation. Prior to joining Dominus, Mr. Stemper was the CEO of BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC, a national contractor which provides commercial, industrial, governmental, residential, and multifamily restoration, renovation, environmental and roofing services. Mr. Stemper was CEO for 7 years, prior to which he was the CFO for BluSky. Prior to his roles at BluSky, Mr. Stemper was the CFO for various private equity and venture capital backed companies as well as a Japanese subsidiary. Mr. Stemper started his career in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Stemper received a B.S. in Accounting from Colorado State University, a Masters in Management from Northwestern University, and was a Certified Public Accountant.
