Mr. Brennan joined Dominus Capital in 2023 and currently serves as an Operating Partner. He is currently involved in all stages of the firm’s investment cycle from origination to value creation. Prior to joining Dominus, Mr. Brennan was the Founder and CEO of Kamado Joe, a leading and rapidly growing designer, marketer and international distributor of premium kamado style ceramic grills, charcoal and accessories. Prior to his role at Kamado Joe, Mr. Brennan served as Vice President and General Manager of Siemens Energy & Automation, a $1BN division of Siemens with 14 factories and 6,000 employees in North America. Prior to Siemens, Mr. Brennan spent 12 years at General Electric (“GE”) where he served in several leadership roles across GE Plastics, GE Lighting and GE International. Mr. Brennan received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin, Ireland and an M.B.A. from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
