Appoline Suchy is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Diversis Capital, where she leads the finance, accounting, valuation, fund-administration and compliance functions. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day business of the firm, as well as supporting the LP diligence, fundraising, and ongoing reporting. Prior to joining Diversis, Appoline served as the Fund Manager at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, where she managed all accounting, operation, and relationship aspects of multiple private equity funds. Appoline has more than 15 years of global financial and operations experience in several capacities, including but not limited to financial reporting, taxation, and audit. Appoline holds a B.Sc. in Accountancy from California State University, Northridge and is a licensed CPA in the State of California. In her free time, Appoline enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and experiencing diverse culinary delights from all around the world.
