Dr. Henning Walf serves as Managing Partner at Deutsche Invest Mittelstand (DIM). In this role, Henning leads the team of senior M&A experts and is responsible for all buy- and sell-side activities of DIM. Henning further supports portfolio companies – as the case might be – as a board member, advisor and / or investor. Between 2012 and 2018 Henning served as Managing Director at CoBe Capital, a private investment firm based in the US, and built CoBe’s European organization and portfolio of companies in a number of European countries (among others, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Belgium and the UK). His responsibilities included developing CoBe’s organization from scratch, M&A and restructuring. Prior to that, he held several senior positions with goetzpartners and McKinsey. Henning studied business administration and holds a PhD in nuclear physics from the TU Braunschweig.
