Previously, Mr. Röhr was responsible for the examination and implementation of company acquisitions within the framework of the internationalization strategy at the EOS Group - a company of the otto group. From 2004 to 2010, Mr. Röhr - most recently as Director - was responsible for the project management of M&A transactions at Berenberg Bank. During this time and his work at the M&A boutique CH Reynolds Corporate Finance from 2001 to 2004, Mr. Röhr has accompanied numerous transactions in the automotive supply, logistics, consumer goods, and mechanical engineering / high-tech industries on behalf of medium-sized entrepreneurs as well as board members and direct investment investors . Mr. Röhr studied business administration at the University of Münster and completed a master's degree at the Nottingham University Business School.
