Dr. Tetzlaff was previously in a senior position at the Industri Kapital fund, which operates throughout Europe. There he was instrumental in the success of the investment company in Germany with investments such as Gardena, DSI, Sport Group and Minimax. Before working in the area of ​​corporate participation, Dr. Tetzlaff worked as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group for several years. Dr. Tetzlaff spent the first year and a half of his professional career as an assistant to the management at the Talbot wagon factory in Aachen. He studied business administration at the Universities of Marburg and Illinois (Urbana-Champaign, USA) and did his doctorate at RWTH Aachen.
