Bio

Former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure of Paris-Saclay in mechanical engineering, and of Sciences Po Paris in finance and strategy, Mathieu has over 15 years of experience in investment banking and capital investment, mostly in the ecological transition. Beginning his career at Aloe Private Equity, on circular economy and renewable energy topics in India, China, Europe and the USA, he later joined the Demeter teams on the first seed fund. After an experience at IRDI Capital Investissement where he developed the cleantech practice and opened the Bordeaux office to develop the innovation practice, he joined as a Partner the Circular Innovation Fund, co-managed by Demeter and Cycle Capital. This fund, entirely dedicated to the circular economy, counts L’Oréal as a founding sponsor, later joined by many industrial and financial players eager to contribute to a more natural resources efficient economy.
