Will DeBruyn has more than 12 years of middle-market private equity andinvestment banking experience. Prior to joining Delos, Mr. DeBruyn was with the private equity affiliate ofAlvarez & Marsal, A&M Capital Partners, working on special situationsmiddle-market transactions, primarily in the industrial and business servicessectors. Before joining A&M Capital, he was with Monomoy Capital Partners,working on middle-market special situations opportunities in the heavyindustrial, automotive, and consumer sectors. Mr. DeBruyn started his career in the investment banking division of Lazard and received a dual degree in Finance and Economics from DePaul University, graduating with honors. He currently represents Delos on the Board of Directors of HOP Energy and MechanAir and previously served on the Board of Directors of FCA Packaging, Global Restoration Holdings and FirstOnSite Restoration Limited.
