Steve founded DelCam Capital in 2019, which specializes in acquiring family-owned manufacturing businesses in the United States. The firm expanded its operations with the initiation of DelCam Fund II, LP in 2023 and the acquisition of Space Age Electronics, Inc. in 2024. As a self-directed and driven business leader, Steve has significant experience leading strategy, finance, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure success and achieve goals. His relentless focus on driving results for his investors and fostering success for the employees of DelCam’s portfolio companies establishes a robust foundation for the firm. In his role at DelCam Capital, Steve is instrumental in capital raising and leads the firm's business development efforts, forging key strategic relationships. He serves as the lead dealmaker during acquisitions, facilitating negotiations with a respectful, creative and effective approach. Steve is also committed to operational excellence, actively promoting the adoption of artificial intelligence within the portfolio companies to enhance efficiency and empower employees, always maintaining a modest and forward-thinking approach to innovation. Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Tampa, where he was a member of the nine-time Division II National Champion UT Spartans baseball team. He earned an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University. His professional background includes over a decade at Fidelity Investments, where he managed finance teams focused on FP&A, institutional pricing, client analytics, and profitability enhancement. Beyond his professional commitments, Steve served on the board of Boston Cares from 2011 to 2017, helping to chair the finance committee and founding a fundraiser that annually generated significant support for the organization. He lives in Newton, Massachusetts with his wife and two daughters, enjoys coaching soccer, traveling with his family, and is a passionate fan of Boston sports, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Premier League.
