Principal, Delany Capital Management Corp., President and CEO of DMI Technology, Inc. and its operating subsidiaries EADmotors and Arkansas General Industries. Jim Elsner holds a BSME from the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, and an MSE and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He also has had a very successful business career at a number of manufacturing companies including GE, Tuthill Corp and Dover Corporation.
