Mr. Lake is a Partner at DC Capital Partners. Mr. Lake has extensive experience identifying, valuing, structuring, negotiating, financing, executing, and exiting private equity investments in the Government Services, Defense, and Aerospace industries having participated in over twenty investments in these industries over the past seven years. Following an acquisition, Mr. Lake works closely with portfolio company management in developing strategic and financial plans, assessing and executing add-on acquisition opportunities and the financing for such acquisitions. At DC Capital, Mr. Lake has been involved with the formation, growth, and successful exit of National Interest Security Company, LLC ("NISC") to strategic acquirer IBM (NYSE: IBM). NISC was formed through the acquisitions of Multi-Threaded, Inc., Edge Consulting, Inc., Information Manufacturing Corporation, Athenyx, Inc., Omen, Inc., the intelligence services division of Global Analytic IT Services, Inc., and Technology and Management Services, Inc. In addition, Mr. Lake is actively involved in DC Capital's investments in Kaseman, LLC, the Strategic Intelligence Group, LLC, and The SPECTRUM Group. Mr. Lake holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
