Bio

Victoria is Datavest’s Digital Marketing Operating Partner. She works with Datavest portfolio companies on customer acquisition strategies, driving conversion rate optimization, retention, and LTV, and creating and managing brand identity. Victoria also serves as Chief Marketing Officer at dLuxury Brands, an investment platform and accelerator program curating a group of the best digitally native brands, focusing on fashion, beauty, wellness, home, and accessories. Victoria previously served as Chief Revenue Officer & Chief Marketing Officer at Tamara Mellon where she was responsible for e-commerce, customer service, retail, and experiential revenue streams, as well as strategic management of all marketing and communications, including paid social, display, affiliates, paid search, organic social media, press, influencers, events, partnerships, product marketing, email, and direct mail. Prior to Tamara Mellon, she held several positions including VP of Marketing at Violet Grey, Global Campaigns & Growth at NET-A-PORTER, and Marketing at Burberry.
