Tom Verghese is a CEO / President, Board Member, and Private Equity Executive with over 20 years’ experience in the Chemicals, Materials, and Industrials segments. As a member of three boards, Tom has been instrumental in guiding strategy, raising capital, selecting/mentoring CEOs, and establishing effective corporate governance. Tom’s current board roles include VersaFlex, Inc., a mid-market industrial coatings company, MI Systems, a water technology start-up, and Whitesquare Chemicals, an early-stage inorganic polymer company. Previously, from 2012 to 2015, as President of the $2B Chemical Division for Ascend Performance Materials, a PE portfolio company of SK Capital.
