Olek is responsible for transactions as well as oversight of portfolio companies of the Fund II. He played major role in setting up and developing a number of Fund II PE transactions and club deals. He has over 10 years of experience in financial services, including investment banking, management consultancy, post-merger integration, and strategic planning for financial institutions. Prior to joining Da Vinci Capital, Olek worked in senior positions at Renaissance Capital and Allianz/ROSNO as well as founding Leadway Capital. He has led many M&A transactions in various sectors including: insurance and banqueassurance (11 deals, including 3 deals for Allianz SE); banking (Delta Credit); debt collectors (FCB and NRS deals); E-Marketplace (B2B Center); outdoor advertisement (Gallery); and medical (EMC and Medexpress). In addition, Olek executed many management consultancy projects in financial sector. Olek is a CFA charterholder.
