Zach Larkin approaches investments from a calculated perspective, knowing how to mitigate the downside while intuiting the amount of risk that’s acceptable to take on without going too far. Zach joined The Cynosure Group in 2020 after spending the previous 20 years in high-performing companies across the globe, at both well-established investment shops and start-ups. Among them was Grandeur Peak Global Advisors, where he invested in and partnered with top executives in 56 countries across all industries, particularly in technology, healthcare, and industrials. From extreme skiing to mountaineering to MMA, Zach knows about pushing the envelope. He loves learning about new businesses, operational models, people, cultures, and anything that feeds his passion for markets, industry, and the world at large.
