Brandon Muirhead loves to succeed–whether it's finishing a race, closing a deal, or accomplishing a long-term goal–and loves to see others succeed too. At Cynosure, he values the opportunity to partner with founders and management-owners and help turn their vision into reality. He loves the entrepreneurial spirit and close-knit employee relationships that characterize small businesses in high-growth situations. Brandon has worked in private equity for over a decade, and has been involved with nine successful company investments in the business services, retail, and technology industries. Prior to his work in private equity, he was the first economic-focused Fulbright Scholar in Slovenia. Working at the U.S. Treasury during the 2008 financial crisis, Brandon learned firsthand that the most effective leaders didn’t simply identify problems, they came up with their own solutions. Since then, he approaches every situation with a solution-focused viewpoint while creating repeatable, efficient processes to make his work more effective.
