Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer, joined CVC in 2007. Prior to joining CVC, he was Chief Financial Officer of RBS from September 2000 until February 2006. Fred is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and was educated at Caledonian University, Glasgow, Scotland.
