Bio

Karen joined CSL in May 2011 as Controller after working in a similar role at S.A.C. Capital Advisors, LP, where she was responsible for the accounting and reporting functions of the investment vehicles across diversified strategies. Prior to joining S.A.C. in 2006, Karen was a Tax Associate at Paloma Partners, where she was responsible for the tax reporting for the investment manager and all affiliated investment partnerships. Prior to joining Paloma in 2002, Ms. Morales was a Tax Associate with Deloitte and Touche. Karen graduated from Bernard M. Baruch College with a B.B.A. and is a Certified Public Accountant.
