Amanda Barry drives enterprise legal and business transformation in the cybersecurity sector, drawing upon deep expertise in go-to-market, privacy, M&A and strategy, equity and compensation, enterprise risk management, private equity transactions, global compliance and corporate governance areas. Prior to Crosspoint Capital Partners, Amanda served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Forescout Technologies, Inc. and held several leadership roles at Symantec Corporation, where she supported the company’s enterprise and consumer business. Amanda further brings many years of in-house legal enterprise experience at Blue Coat Systems (acquired by Symantec), ABB and Mincom and started her career in private practice working as a commercial litigator and employment lawyer.
