Tim Fuzesi is a Managing Director of CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC and is responsible for sourcing and structuring equity and debt investment opportunities. Mr. Fuzesi also has management responsibility over the New York office. Prior to joining CrossHarbor, Tim was a Managing Director at Safanad, a global principal investment firm, where he helped to lead the Real Estate business and was involved in all aspects of the Firm including fundraising, management, portfolio company Board representation, and origination and asset management of property and entity level real estate opportunities across the capital structure. Before joining Safanad, Mr. Fuzesi was a Managing Director for Building and Land Technology (“BLT”), a vertically integrated real estate development company, where he focused on originations, acquisitions, asset management and the overall growth of BLT’s third-party real estate private equity platform. Prior to BLT, Mr. Fuzesi was a Vice President in Acquisitions for Starwood Capital Group and before this, worked at Apollo Global Management in their debt and equity group. Mr. Fuzesi began his career in Real Estate Investment Banking and CMBS at Goldman Sachs. Over the course of his career, Mr. Fuzesi has been involved in over US $15 billion of real estate transactions. Mr. Fuzesi graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. degree from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs.
