Sara Chereskin is a Vice President of CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC responsible for assisting with the closing, administration, monitoring & asset management of the firm’s debt fund. Prior to joining CrossHarbor, Ms. Chereskin spent two years as a Director with PGIM Real Estate. Ms. Chereskin was responsible for asset management, operations & leverage deployment for an open-end Core+ debt fund. While also at PGIM, Ms. Chereskin spent five years as a Senior Loan Closer. Ms. Chereskin closed more than $5 billion of commercial real estate loans, which were either held on the company balance sheet or securitized. Before joining PGIM, Ms. Chereskin was an Investment Analyst at CenterPoint Properties, an industrial real estate owner, developer & manager located in Oak Brook, IL. While there, Ms. Chereskin underwrote acquisitions & dispositions for the firm ranging from $25,000 to $300 million. Ms. Chereskin received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa and a Master of Arts in Teaching from National-Louis University.
