Bio

Patrick O’Sullivan is a Senior Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer of CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC. He oversees CrossHarbor’s property and fund accounting, valuation and performance reporting, treasury, investor reporting, tax and compliance matters, as well as managing lender relationships and related financings. He is also a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. O’Sullivan was the Vice President of Finance & Accounting of Heritage Property Investment Trust, Inc., a publicly-traded shopping center REIT. Previously, he was a Senior Manager with KPMG LLP in Boston. Mr. O’Sullivan received a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Boston College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
