Nick Donatiello is a Vice President at CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC and is responsible for originating, evaluating, and structuring equity and debt investment opportunities for the firm’s various investment funds. Prior to joining CrossHarbor, Mr. Donatiello was a Vice President at Safanad, a global principal investment firm, where he helped create and implement new investment platforms. Within those platforms, Mr. Donatiello lead the execution, underwriting and asset management responsibilities across real estate classes. Before joining Safanad, Mr. Donatiello was an associate at CIM Group conducting acquisition, disposition, asset management and due diligence duties across their real estate and infrastructure investment platforms. Mr. Donatiello began his career as an analyst in Citi’s Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking group. Mr. Donatiello graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
