Merete Giurlani is a Vice President of Human Resources at CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC. Prior to joining CrossHarbor, Ms. Giurlani was a Human Resources Manager at Spagnolo Gisness & Associates. In the role, Ms. Giurlani was responsible for attracting and retaining top talent, enhancing the entrepreneurial and friendly culture, managing and supportingemployee engagement, leadership coaching, talent assessment, performance coaching, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness. Ms. Giurlani began her career with Target in 2009 as a Human Resources Manager. Ms. Giurlani received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Boston College and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Emmanuel College.
