Kevin Stone is a Director with CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC, responsible for facilitating debt financing and managing lender relationships for CrossHarbor’s transactions and investment vehicles. Prior to joining CrossHarbor, Mr. Stone was a Vice President with KeyBank Real Estate Capital. In his last role at KeyBank, Mr. Stone helped contribute $750MM in debt originations while acquiring new, and managing existing, client relationships. Since joining KeyBank in 2007, Mr. Stone amassed expansive real estate experience from his work across a wide variety of business units, such as healthcare real estate finance, real estate market research, and asset recovery. Mr. Stone received a BA in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He serves on the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology Board of Trustees and the HomeStart Board of Directors, and he previously served as the President of Minds Matter of Cleveland. He is a Board Director of the Real Estate Finance Association (“REFA”), serving as the Co-Chair of REFA’s Mentor Program.
