Kenneth Ferretti Jr. joined CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC in 2012 and is currently a Managing Director responsible for heading the asset management team and overseeing a portfolio of value-add and opportunistic commercial real estate investments. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ferretti was a Vice President in the Capital Markets Group of Jones Lang LaSalle in Boston, MA. Mr. Ferretti began his career as an Assistant Project Manager at Whiting-Turner Contracting Co. in Baltimore, MD and Newport, RI, the ninth ranked general contractor in the country by Engineering News and Record. Mr. Ferretti received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Babson College. Mr. Ferretti is an active member of the Boston Real Estate Finance Association, the Babson Real Estate Club (Executive Committee Member 2009), and the Lehigh Club of Boston.
