James O’Leary is a Director at CrossHarbor Capital Partners LLC and is responsible for originating, analyzing and structuring equity and debt investment opportunities for the firm’s various investment funds. Prior to joining CrossHarbor in 2014, Mr. O’Leary was a Vice President with Anglo Irish Bank working in both their London (United Kingdom) and Boston (United States) offices. While with Anglo, James was responsible for negotiating, structuring, and underwriting commercial real estate loan transactions in the United Kingdom, United States and across central Europe. Mr. O’Leary graduated from Cass Business School in London, United Kingdom where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Banking and International Finance.
